This was a digital focused role in which I managed a small team of designers. My responsiblities involved concepting creatives ahead of campaigns and launches, before building templates for the team to roll out and adapt as needed. In addition to this, I was also heavily involved in the day-to-day workflow of the team.

Responsibilities included:
- Delivered engaging digital creatives across both B2B and B2C
- Owned projects from concept through to delivery
- Presented concepts to directors and senior leadership
- Created templates and guidelines
- Project managed workflow of myself and a small team of designers
- Managed, supported and developed a team
