Freelance Graphic Designer / 2023 - 2024
While supporting The Inkey List as a freelance graphic designer, I had the opportunity to push myself creatively, particularly in the area of motion design. This role allowed me to develop and refine my skills in After Effects, boosting my confidence to offer motion work as part of my freelance services. This experience was invaluable in elevating my design abilities and expanding my skill set in both motion and digital design.
The Inkey team utilise Figma as their primary design tool for creating static artwork. Figma was a relatively new tool to me at the time, so this experience provided me with a valuable opportunity to strengthen my skills and boost my confidence in using the platform. I created a variety of static digital assets using Figma, including designs for email campaigns, social media, and web banners.
Responsibilities:
- Delivered digital creatives for email, web and social channels
- Created engaging motion graphics for organic & paid social
- Rolled out high volumes of artwork using existing templates
- Adapted initial designs across required sizes
- Created market-specific versions
- Delivered high quality artwork for print when required
